The main tasks ####
- Support for mandate management and assumption of partial project responsibility
- Operational responsibility in infrastructural, technical and commercial facility management
- Direct customer contact with clients, management and suppliers
- Coordination of various service providers and external service providers
- Optimization of processes as well as development and further development of processes
- Professional management and support of employees in the field
The requirement profile ####
- Higher education in building technology (HLKS or electrical) or facility management (HF/FH/BSc beneficial)
- Several years of experience in Facility Management
- Readiness for a leadership function, experience beneficial
- Very good knowledge of German, other languages advantageous
- Strong customer orientation and service focus
- Good computer skills and organisational talent
