Application process
- The candidate is expected to demonstrate deep, hands-on expertise in at least one of the following, and a solid working knowledge of the other two: Messaging: Exchange Online (mail flow, protection, migrations, hybrid where relevant) //Identity: Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory, hybrid synchronization, Conditional Access, MFA, identity lifecycle // Devices: Microsoft Intune and modern endpoint management (Autopilot, compliance, application deployment) Excellent PowerShell scripting skills and a strong interest in automation and process improvement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance technologies, including Defender and Purview.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent English and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-203, SC-300, MD-102\) are considered an advantage.

- Manage mail flow, email security, Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint compliance policies.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
