In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates more than 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, from the simple group house to the upscale four-star superior hotel. To support the team in the Restautant Bolgen Plaza, a person is looking for an auxiliary cook for the upcoming winter season 2026/27.
Tasks
- Independent guidance of a service station
- Drinks and food service incl. Debt collection
- Preparation and distribution of all beverages
- Filling up the drink range at the bar
- Taking over general cleaning work in the restaurant
- Preparations in the restaurant with Mise en Place

- Education: You have experience in the field of gastronomy or a similar field
- Working method: You work reliably and independently, are motivated and have a high awareness of services and numbers
