What do you expect?
- You are the first contact person for our customers at the reception.
- They provide information on basic products such as maps and support our customers in using the Raiffeisen digital offers.
- They manage our ATMs and ensure smooth operation.
- They accept customer concerns, prioritize them and forward them to the responsible bodies.
- They process customer orders and support our consultants in administrative activities, for example in card, account and securities orders.
