- Responsibility for consistently high product quality
- Introducing your own ideas for the further development of the range
- Where possible: participation in CVT courses Requirements
- Completed training as dairy technologist or cheesemaker
- Professional experience in cheese and / or milk processing is beneficial
- Experience in handling different types of milk (cow, sheep, goat) is a plus
- Flair for new market trends and introducing innovative ideas for new products
- Strong hygiene awareness and good knowledge of food regulations
