Arosa Energie is an independent public institution and belongs to the municipality of Arosa. It employs 23 people who are responsible for secure power supply and the operation of the hydropower plants in the region.
For our metrology, we are looking for a tech-savvy personality who wants to combine electrical engineering, IT and energy data.
With us, you accompany the entire process – from the installation of the smart meter to the provision of data for energy billing.
Specialist in metrology 80–100 %
Your duties
- Assembly, connection and commissioning of smart meters
- Parameterisation and troubleshooting of measuring instruments and communications
- Operation and support of our smart metering systems HES, MDM and EDM
- Monitoring and ensuring measurement data quality
- Support of the data chain from smart meters to billing
- Further development and automation of measurement processes
- Willingness to cooperate in the Pikettdienst with attractive additional remuneration
- Depending on the training, participation in control and reporting
This is what you bring with you
- Training as an electrical installer, automatic technician or equivalent basic electrotechnical training
- Enjoyment of a varied activity between electronics and IT
- Interest in smart metering, data communication and modern IT systems
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- Good IT\ user knowledge
- Category B driving licence
- Further training as an electrical project manager/in installation and safety / electrical safety consultant/in is an advantage
- Experience with Smart Metering, HES, MDM or EDM is welcome, but not a requirement
