At the Institute of Radio-Oncology, patients with cancer and benign diseases such as arthritis, heel spurs or tennis elbow are treated with radiation. State-of-the-art facilities make it possible to meet the high demands on precision and reliability in today's radiation therapy. We offer a versatile training course for the specialist title Radio-Oncology and are a SIWF-certified training centre of category A (3 years).

These are your tasks

• You are jointly responsible for the treatment of patients within the framework of curative and palliative concepts
• You actively participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and conduct outpatient consultation hours under specialist supervision
• You create radiotherapy treatment plans, including combination therapies and interdisciplinary concepts, and define treatment volumes and risk organs
• Via our internal hospital information system you document all relevant patient information

You bring that with you

• You have the Federal Diploma in Human Medicine (State Examination) or an equivalent foreign diploma with MEBEKO recognition
• You are interested in innovative concepts, interdisciplinary cooperation and professional development
• You speak fluent German to conduct medical talks in case of serious illnesses
