For our renowned Inpatient Department of General Internal Medicine, we are looking for a motivated and reliable personality to support our team. In this role, you support two different areas of responsibility: inpatient general internal medicine in the medical secretariat and the in-house antibiotic stewardship program in infectiology. You take on classical secretarial tasks and support the interdisciplinary team of the Antibiotic Stewardship program administratively.

These are your tasks

• You take over the central telephone service and the mail traffic with doctor's offices and hospitals and do general secretarial work, reporting and correspondence after speech recognition in the clinic information system (KIS).
• You support the medical team of infectiology with documentation of internal hospital reports on antibiotic use and antibiotic resistance
• You will organize and record sessions of the interdisciplinary Antibiotic Stewardship Team
• You write external consultancies with performance recording and report clinical findings to cantonal doctors / cantonal doctors

You bring that with you

• A diploma as medical secretary:in or medical:r practice assistant:in with at least two years of experience
• Safe handling of the Microsoft Office range and medical documentation systems
• Strong organisational skills, a high level of service orientation and flexible: r team player:in a self-employed way of working in job sharing
• Good written ability to express the minutes
