What are your tasks?

Within the Distribution department, the Research and Archives department is responsible for archiving all audiovisual content from SRF and supports programme creators at all locations with extensive research services. Their tasks include:

You research and procure music and archive it in the archive databases for use in the field of radio, online and TV

Key requirements

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Information und Dokumentation und eine entsprechende Aus- oder Weiterbildung (FH, MAS „I+D“ oder gleichwertig)
  • Breite Allgemeinbildung und fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der volkstümlichen Musik und der Popmusik; zudem Offenheit für weitere Musikgenres
  • Überdurchschnittliches Verständnis für Datenbanken und Recherche-Möglichkeiten; grosses Interesse an neuen technischen Entwicklungen; Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI)
  • Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Belastbarkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative eine genaue, effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • stilsicheres Deutsch sowie sehr gute Französisch- und gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
