The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski resorts in the Grisons Alps. Mountain Railways operates Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG under the Mountain Hotels and Resorts over 20 accommodation from simple group house to upscale four-star Superior Golf & Spa Resort To support the team at the Mountain Plaza Hotel we are looking for the winter 2026-27 one person as: Chef of the game 100% The hotel The Mountain Plaza Hotel is located in the centre of Davos Square and is only a few The hotel is located in the heart of the city of St. James's. The resort is operated by Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG. The hotel has 210 different rooms, restaurant and Stübli, a wine bar and a large wellness area. Your Tasks

• Create daily mise en place
• Daily preparation of cold and warm meals
• Guided tour of the assigned post in the hot and cold kitchen
• Help with banquets and special events
• Daily cleaning and cleaning work
• General cleaning

Your profile

• Training: Experience as Chef de Partie Advantage
• Work experience: experience in the production and a la carte sector
• Working method: You have a fast understanding, like to work independently, are

reliable and flexible and keeps track even in hectic situations

• Quality management: High quality awareness and careful handling of food
• Team Player: You like working in the team and are also ready in other areas of your work

Helping

• Language: You have good German language skills in writing and language as well as

English language skills in oral form

• Usage: You are flexible and ready to work on weekends.
