Company portrait Introduction The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski resorts in the Bundner Alpen. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates more than 23 accommodations under the brand Mountain Hotels and Resorts, from the simple group house to the upscale four-star superior hotel. By immediate or agreement we are looking for a person for the Real Estate Maintenance Department as:
Tasks
- Implementation of new electrical installations and refurbishments
- Maintenance and operation of our building infrastructure, including catering and hotels
- Remediation of building and building installations
- Support of the real estate maintenance team in renovation projects
- Weekly takeover of Pikettdienst
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
Profile
- Training: Electrical engineering training completed or comparable
- Qualification and approval of industrial electricians
- Working method: You work reliably and independently, are motivated and have a high level of service and security awareness
- Personality: You are open-minded, friendly, attentive and enjoy learning new things
- Language: You have good oral and written knowledge of German
