Your tasks
- Operational overall management of the Medical Center and the Pharmacy
- Co-development and implementation of the strategy in close cooperation with the Management Board
- Ensuring an economically and organizationally optimal service provision, ongoing optimization of processes and further development of the offer
- Responsibility for budget, accounting, controlling and tariffs as well as transparent reporting to the Board of Directors
- Leadership and development of the team, recruitment of doctors and specialists and strengthening of employer attractiveness
- Further development of digital infrastructure and processes, including practice information system, data protection and information security
- Responsibility for premises, medical technology, maintenance as well as expansion and renewal projects
- Coordination of the diverse internal and external stakeholders – medical profession, insurers, authorities and partners in the healthcare sector

- Higher degree in business administration or equivalent education
- Proven experience in a management function or management
- Health care and good knowledge of the Swiss health system
- Sound know-how in finance, human resources, ICT and infrastructure
- Consistency and willingness to develop: you are looking for a long-term commitment and bring the company forward with foresight
- Strong communication strength and a benevolent, consistent type of leadership
- Entrepreneurial thinking, implementation strength and contagious enthusiasm
