You can look forward to this
- Management of the nursing department and ensuring operations
- Joint management, promotion and development of the care team with the team management, the care expert and the vocational trainer
- Ensuring quality and patient-oriented care in cardiac and psychosomatic rehabilitation
- Organization and optimization of care and work processes
- Compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
- Representation of the clinic in external committees as well as responsibility for the correct assessment, budget planning, patient triage and exit management
- Support of the care team, participation in projects and promotion of interprofessional cooperation
