Introduction
You also keep track of complex processes, lead your team in a goal-oriented manner and ensure that all logistical processes are integrated efficiently? For our customer we are looking for you as logistics manager (m/f/d). In this role, you take overall responsibility for goods receipt, warehousing, picking as well as shipping and transport - always with regard to quality, deadlines, costs and customer satisfaction.
Tasks
- Leadership and further development of the logistics team (professional and personnel)
- Ensuring a smooth material flow including internal supply
- Responsibility for inventory management: definition of target values, implementation of inventories and clarification of deviations
- Analysis and control of relevant performance indicators and derivation of improvements
- Coordination of transport: planning, scheduling and cooperation with external service providers
- Ensuring a high level of service
- ensuring quality and safety guidelines in everyday operations
- Compliance with dangerous goods specifications
Profile
- Basic training as a logistician/EFZ; additional qualification in logistics is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a management function within the logistics of an industrial company
- Good knowledge of bearing control, material flow optimization and lean approaches
- Secure handling of ERP and WMS systems as well as mobile detection devices
- Structured and precise working method
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
