Introduction
You like to plan ahead, keep deadlines and stocks under control and make sure that everything is in the right place at the right time? For our customer we are looking for you as a dispatcher/in logistics. You coordinate material flows from incoming goods to shipping - efficiently, reliably and in the interests of our customers.
Tasks
- Scheduling & Scheduling: Checking requirements, scheduling orders, monitoring appointments, identifying and fixing bottlenecks at an early stage
- Receipt of goods to dispatch: coordinate incoming/outgoing goods, coordinate picking and packaging, organise pick-ups/deliveries
- Transport & forwarding: securing freight space, sightseeing pick-ups, planning tours/transports
- Interface to forwarders and internal areas
- Inventory management: Target stocks and ranges in view, arrange relocations, accompany inventories/cycle counts, clarify differences
- Order & delivery note inspection: checking supporting documents, cleaning up deviations, keeping feedback clean
- Key figures & quality: track delivery deadlines, throughput times, warehouse handling
- Analyze causes and derive measures
Profile
- Completed basic training, e.g. logistician/in EFZ or businessman/woman EFZ with experience in logistics/disposition
- Professional experience in disposition/shipping/shipping in an industrial or commercial environment
- Safe to use ERP/WMS and handheld scanners
- Practiced data collection and clean documentation
- Structured, independent and reliable operation; strong communication, team-oriented and resilient
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
