• You develop the sales market strategy for Steinfels Swiss and brand strategy for Sherpa Tensing and implement them successfully
• You actively drive the expansion with private label products in Switzerland and Europe, with the growth you strengthen the market position of Steinfels Swiss
• You further develop the Sherpa Tensing brand, increase awareness and market position
• You involve your team, promote their professional and personal development and create a motivating working environment
• You have several years of professional and management experience in a comparable function as well as success in selling cosmetics and/or cleaning products
• You have experience with private label products from your own development and production
• You are an inspiring and integrating leader and want to get involved in our SME structure
• You think entrepreneurially, recognize market potential and act in a customer-oriented manner and you impress with clear communication
