Your surroundings

The Rothenbrunnen Home Centre offers a total of 62 residential spaces, spread over four residential groups in Rothenbrunnen and the outdoor residential groups in Chur and Roveredo. Your future job will be in a residential community for adults with mental disabilities. The entire environment and the field of activity are consistently aimed at enabling residents to participate in all areas of life. On site, there are also supervised job offers in the ARBES workshop.

Their tasks

• They ensure occupancy management

• They organise operational processes and internal and external events

• They develop future-oriented specialist concepts – based on the UN-RCK and the concept of “Functional Health”

• They offer cross-divisional specialist support (consultations, training, intervision)

• You develop the process and result quality further

• They work together interdisciplinary and network across offerings

• They represent the director of the Rothenbrunnen Home Centre in their absence

Our requirement profile

• You have in-depth training in psychiatric and/or psychosocial areas (e.g. high school or university of applied sciences)

• They are characterized by a pragmatic and innovative way of thinking and are ready to actively shape modern forms of work (New Work).
