Your surroundings
They contribute to the establishment of mobile equipment for inpatient psychiatric crisis intervention in adult psychiatry and contribute significantly to the needs-based care of patients in acute situations. As part of a medically arranged 1:1 care, you accompany the patients professionally, situationally and individually tailored to their needs.
Their tasks
- They take over the continuous 1:1 care of patients in psychiatric crisis situations at the wards of Klinik Waldhaus and Klinik Beverin
- They help to accompany psychiatric crisis situations safely and in a stabilizing manner
- They ensure professional and situation-appropriate support and intervene at an early stage in the event of noticeable changes in the state of health
- They contribute to the safety of patients, fellow patients and employees.
- You communicate relevant observations and changes in health status to the responsible treatment team in a timely manner
- They work closely with the interprofessional treatment teams of the stations
- You document your support services professionally, ensure a structured handover and comply with the applicable processes and standards
Our requirement profile
- You have a degree as a dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH / Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH and have experience in psychiatric care
- You meet people in psychological crises with calmness and professionalism and keep an overview even in demanding situations
- They convince by a strong sense of responsibility, an independent working method and an attentive observation ability
- They have strong social skills and appreciate the interprofessional and cross-station cooperation
- You communicate safely and appreciatively
- You are flexible and ready to adapt to different patient situations and treatment teams
