Du sprichst die Kundschaft aktiv an, erkennst ihre Bedürfnisse und begeisterst mit kompetenter Beratung und massgeschneiderten Lösungen. Mit deiner ausgeprägten Sales-Mentalität nutzt du Chancen, stärkst nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen und trägst dazu bei, PostFinance als erste Wahl in Finanzfragen zu positionieren.
Das kannst du bewirken
- Du berätst Kund:innen fachkundig und verkaufst die Produkte Anlegen, Vorsorge, Zahlen und Sparen in einer Postfiliale
- Du sprichst Laufkundschaft in der Postfiliale aktiv an und erkennst Potenziale
- Du entwickelst Lösungen, die auf die individuellen Wünsche, Ziele und Lebenssituationen unserer Kund:innen zugeschnitten sind, und führst sie erfolgreich zum Abschluss
- Du identifizierst weitere Potenziale im Bereich Finanzieren und Vorsorge und leitest sie gezielt an unsere internen Spezialist:innen für vertiefte Beratungen weiter
Das bringst du mit
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bank- oder Finanzbereich durch Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung
- Freude am Verkauf und Abschluss sowie Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse als Grundlage für nachhaltige Beratung
- Offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten und hoher Eigenmotivation
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office-Palette, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Deine Arbeitszeiten bewegen sich von ca. 09.00 Uhr morgens bis ca. 18.30 Uhr abends
