- You resolve simple disturbances independently and coordinate with technology & shift management if necessary.
- You ensure the highest hygienic standards according to SOP and HACCP — cleanliness is a priority.
- You work closely with your team, optimize processes and contribute to timely delivery. Requirements
- Min. 2 – 3 years of professional experience: in professional kitchens or in food production/processing
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a cook/chef (EFZ) or equivalent qualification; HACCP/hygiene training beneficial English (flowing): At least level B1 Readiness for 2- to 4-shift operation
- Teamwork, flexibility and willingness to learn to understand technical processes and lead a line.
- High sense of responsibility, cleanliness and accuracy – you work in a structured and reliable way.
