- Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the day-to-day financial accounting of assigned companies including main and secondary accounts, asset accounting, provisions and delimitations.

Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the day-to-day financial accounting of assigned companies including main and secondary accounts, asset accounting, provisions and delimitations.
- Preparation and support of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual accounts, as well as reconciliation and plausibility checks.
- Support for operational accounting processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, payment transactions, banks, cash registers, expense statements and dunning procedures.
- Preparation and processing of VAT invoices as well as support for further tax and financial relevant reports.
- Preparation of documents for audits and tax audits as well as cooperation with auditors, tax consultants and other external partners.
- Preparation of financial analyses, statistics and evaluations as well as support for internal departments and international companies in financial-related issues.
- Ensuring high quality, completeness and traceability of financial data as well as compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and relevant accounting standards.
- Active participation in the standardization, digitalization and automation of finance processes as well as continuous identification of potential for improvement. Your qualifications
- Completed commercial education with further training in finance and accounting or comparable qualifications; higher specialist training in finance, accounting or business administration is an advantage.
