- receiving, analysis and processing of support requests including advice and support of users
- Self-employed analysis and repair of faults and coordination of escalations at competent places - installation, configuration and maintenance of workplace systems, peripherals and standard software (incl.
- M/3) - processing of IT-Services according to service catalogue incl.
- Documentation, maintenance of instructions and IT inventory

- completed computer science training or further education in the field of computer science
- multi-year experience in IT support / service desk (incl.
