Introduction
For a company from the food industry, a plant operator is sought who operates and monitors the production plants during ongoing operation. The position is geared towards a smooth production process and includes compliance with quality, hygiene and safety requirements in daily operations. It is used in 2-shift operation and requires careful, reliable and independent work. We are looking for a person with experience in the food industry, dairy industry or in a cheese factory who supports production processes in a practical manner and professionally recognizes and corrects simple disturbances. The documentation of production data in the ERP system is just as much a task as the cooperation in cleaning, control and optimization work. The training of new employees in the production team is also part of the area of responsibility.
Tasks
- They operate and monitor our production facilities reliably and carefully during the ongoing production process.
- They ensure a smooth production process in compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety requirements.
- They recognize simple disruptions at an early stage and actively support them in the day-to-day business.
- They conscientiously carry out cleaning and control work in accordance with the prescribed work instructions.
- They participate in the optimization of production processes and provide practical suggestions for improvement.
- They support the training of new employees and work closely with the production team.
- You document production data completely and correctly in the ERP system
Profile
- They have experience in the food industry, in the dairy industry or in a cheese factory.
- They are ready to work in 2-shift operation and bring the necessary flexibility.
- They have a good knowledge of German in words and writing, at least at level B2 to C1.
- They work in a team-capable, reliable and perform independently in the production environment.
- You deal carefully with technical equipment, production data and operational specifications.
- They bring a sense of responsibility for quality, hygiene and safety in everyday production.
