Job description Do you want to gain practical experience in the construction management of innovative and sustainable construction projects? Then lay the foundation for a successful career and become part of our team in Chur by or by agreement. In our interdisciplinary projects you work closely with the construction and project management and get valuable insights into the implementation. Your employment takes place in our office in Zurich. For the duration of your internship, you will accompany the large-scale project Neue Fachhochschule Graubünden and be on site in Chur.
- Participation in the scheduled / cost - and quality-appropriate handling of building construction projects as well as support of the construction management
- Examination of offers, invoices, supplements, risks and forecasting
- Support in appointment management and planning as well as control of construction progress
- Participation in tendering, awarding and conclusion of contracts
- Support in the coordination of entrepreneurs on site
- Preparation of cost reports, presentations and budget overviews
- Assumption of sub-tasks in the area of Lean Construction Management
- Qualifications
- Studies in architecture, construction or industrial engineering (deepening construction) or in a comparable degree program
- First practical experience in architecture/civil engineering is beneficial
- Readiness for daily presence on site on the construction site
- Good knowledge of common MS\Office\ programs
- Passion for innovation and sustainability
- Availability ideally for at least 6 months with a workload of 80\-100 %
