Role overview
The social paediatric centre (SPZ) is an organizational unit at the center of the cantonal hospital Winterthur.
In the stationary area, the SPZ leads a therapy station for 12 patients (alternatively mixed).
Children and adolescents receive a multimodal stationary treatment due to psychosomatic and psychiatric illnesses (key points: eating disorders, depression, anxiety, pain and forced disorders).
They are accompanied by milieu-therapeutic and visit the clinic school daily.
