They work in the springer pool of the adult psychiatry at the Cazis and Chur locations and support the interdisciplinary team during temporary assignments. You can expect a collegial environment that actively promotes flexible assignments, professional exchange and further education.

Their tasks

• You support and complement our team during temporary assignments

• They provide comprehensive nursing care and care for people with mental disorders in the inpatient area

• They carry out therapeutic interventions and offer an individual sustainable quality of care

• They advise and support relatives

• You maintain a constructive cooperation with the employees of the day and night service

• They communicate openly, individually and personally

Our requirement profile

• You have the possibility to work as a permanent jumper (guaranteed amount, permanent contract) or as a flexible jumper (pensum and duration can be selected newly per bet)

• They are trained/r Dipl. Care professional HF

• It is just as important to you as to us to treat our patients in the best medical and nursing way as well as individually and personally.

• They have a high degree of interprofessional cooperation, sense of responsibility, resilience and flexibility

• They are characterized by planning skills and creativity
