Introduction
On behalf of our client, a renowned industrial company based in the Chur area, we are looking for a committed personality as soon as possible.
Work
In this responsible role, you take over the recruitment and support of around 400 employees in your own area of responsibility, including the associated administrative tasks. They independently supervise the HR\ processes from personnel planning and recruitment to deployment, development and maintenance until exit. As a contact for line managers and employees, you advise and support them in all personnel matters. In addition, you work on HR\-specific topics and projects such as absenzmanagement, personnel development and young talent development.
Requirement profile
In order to successfully master this exciting challenge, you have completed further training in human resources, preferably as an HR specialist with a Federal Professional Certificate, as well as several years of professional experience in a broadly diversified HR function, ideally as an HR Business Partner from a similar industry, for example in the industrial environment. They know how to provide competent advice to a wide range of stakeholders, act confidently and convince through strong communication and consulting competence. You are well versed in dealing with the common MS\Office\ programs and have stylish knowledge of German. Good English skills are beneficial. You can expect a varied working environment with short decision paths and a lot of personal responsibility.
