- Advise and supervise line managers in all HR processes from recruitment to departure
- In the event of prolonged, illness-related failures of employees, personnel law and management issues, be available at any time as a sparring partner
- Ensure the implementation of our personnel policy and strategy as well as ensure the smooth HRM business flow for the benefit of the stakeholders (line, employees, specialist management, HR service center, etc.)

- Actively accompany change projects and support the leaders in questions of cultural change, personnel impacts and measures in organizational development
- Prepare personnel data and information for higher-level HR controlling as well as answer the inquiries of employees forwarded by the HR Service Center
- Completed commercial basic training EFZ as well as further training for/to HR specialist/woman with federal law.
- Professional certificate with several years of experience
- Strong conceptual skills with a strong service idea, coupled with implementation strength and networked and analytical thinking
- Open, loyal personality with a strength in the pragmatic implementation of topics and enjoyment of visionary and strategic thinking Good SAP HR knowledge
- Advantageous oral and written knowledge of a second official language
