Tasks

You want to take responsibility, help shape it and keep the person in the center? Then you are exactly right in Domicil Egelmoos or Alexandra. In your function, together with the team, you ensure high-quality, professional and resident-oriented care and take on daily responsibility in day-to-day care and care. You actively contribute your nursing expertise to direct care, pay attention to a high quality of care and consistently implement nursing standards and concepts.

With your open, cooperative attitude, you support cooperation in the team, accompany colleagues in day-to-day care and provide them with professional advice. In close cooperation with the specialist management of care and the team management, you contribute to the further development of the nursing practice in the residential areas of Domicil Alexandra and Egelmoos and contribute your experience to improvement and optimization processes. In addition, you work interdisciplinary with internal and external specialist departments and contribute to a smooth and professional care operation with your responsible, structured working method.

Requirements

• tertiary education (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS), or

• Secondary education (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, caregiver, home caregiver, etc.)

• Organizational skills and a structured and reliable working method

• Teamwork, resilience and a strong sense of responsibility

• Empathetic, respectful and patient treatment of residents
