- Recognizing and exploiting the customer potential through active and continuous support of the personal customer portfolio
- Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the individual needs, wishes, goals and living situation of the customers as well as within the segment-specific product range
- Expansion of the existing customer base through targeted acquisition of new customers
- Cooperation in market development measures and performance of representative tasks Requirements
- Completed banking training or similar training
- Experience in credit advice (mortgage) and investment advice Banking and finance training
- Enjoy customer contact and communication with our customers on all channels
- Strong customer- and service-oriented thinking and action
