- You will lead the Planning and Development department in the Production division according to the values and management principles of RhB and continue the transformation into a process-oriented organization.
- Together with your team, you are responsible for the integrated production and supply planning of RhB <5 years.
- You design the future projects of the Production business area with the production development and the business management of production.
- You are a member of the management team Head of Production and are involved in this role in overarching management and development topics RhB-wide.

- You have a (specialist) university degree with a business or technical background.
- You have several years of professional experience in the railway sector with focus on supply and production planning / development / business management.
- You have good knowledge and professional experience in project management and strategy implementation.
- You have leadership experience, characterized by a trusting and responsible basic attitude.
