- In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects in the field of general civil engineering, such as infrastructure construction, geotechnics, natural hazards, special foundation engineering, road construction, and hydraulic engineering.
- You will tackle challenging tasks involving analytical and/or conceptual problem-solving, prepare research projects, and carry them out.
- PhD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in civil engineering Enjoyment of scientific work
Main responsibilities
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in various projects in the field of general civil engineering, such as infrastructure construction, geotechnics, natural hazards, special foundation engineering, road construction, and hydraulic engineering.
- You will tackle challenging tasks involving analytical and/or conceptual problem-solving, prepare research projects, and carry them out.
- You will also write scientific publications and reports.
- If suitable, you will teach in our Bachelor's degree program in Civil Engineering and supervise students with their semester and bachelor's theses.
- You will support project acquisition and conduct material tests in our construction laboratory.
