Main responsibilities
- The three restaurants at the hotel provide culinary highlights individually; inspired by modern creations from Asia, Orient and Occident at the Hide & Seek, from Engadin specialities in the rustic ambience of the Stüva, to the high art of star cuisine at Ecco St.
- Moritz.
- In this function, you are responsible for the smooth operation of your work area at the Restaurant Hide & Seek and our Engadine Stüva.
- These include ordering, as well as controls on quality, hygiene and safety.
- You work in a powerful and dynamic team and cook at a high gastronomic level. Requirements
- A completed professional training as a chef in the catering/hotel industry Experience in a comparable position
- You keep a cool head even in hectic situations A well-kept appearance and polite manners
- Independence, reliability and duty-consciousness Loadability, flexibility and enthusiasm A respectful handling of colleagues and superiors
- The opportunity to participate actively in the opening, business life and corporate development Open and transparent communication
- Regular training and further training as well as numerous employees of the company's operating system.Both of these are part of a contemporary and characteristic Swiss hotel group.
