- Sicherstellung von Wartung, Instandhaltung und Betrieb unserer Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
- Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden im Technischen Dienst
- Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung , idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudeunterhalt, Facility Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
Main responsibilities
- Sicherstellung von Wartung, Instandhaltung und Betrieb unserer Gebäude und technischen Anlagen
- Führung und Koordination der Mitarbeitenden im Technischen Dienst
- Steuerung externer Fachfirmen und Dienstleister
- Planung und Begleitung von Reparaturen, Umbauten, Renovationen und Projekten
- Koordination von Sicherheitsprüfungen und technischen Abnahmen
- Mitwirkung bei Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit, Notfallorganisation und Energieeffizienz
- Weiterentwicklung technischer Abläufe und Prozesse
Key requirements
- Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung , idealerweise mit Weiterbildung in Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Management
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Gebäudeunterhalt, Facility Management oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Erfahrung in Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitenden Gute Kenntnisse technischer Gebäudeanlagen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Freude daran, bei Bedarf selbst mit anzupacken
