Overview Head of Corporate Services / CFO Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG is one of the leading international providers of mountain experiences. We operate the ski, bike and hiking area Corviglia as well as the hiking and excursion mountain Muottas Muragl. These include a large number of differentiated mountain railways, hotel and catering businesses. Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG Type of employment indefinitely Start 1 November 2026 Pensum 80-100 % Gender m/f As of November 1, 2026 or by agreement, we are looking for a Head of Corporate Services / CFO. In this role, you are responsible for coordinating the strategic and operational management of the central corporate services. You ensure the efficient, customer-oriented and sustainable support processes and coordinate the various internal and external service providers.
Your tasks
- Management of external specialist services in the areas of finance & accounting, controlling, IT, human resources and insurance
- Responsibility for the ICS, risk management, debt strategy and investment and liquidity planning
- Advising the management on financial, organisational and legal issues
- Development and implementation of the strategy for corporate services as well as monitoring the achievement of goals and shaping corporate management
- Initiation and management of organizational development and transformation projects
- Further development of reporting as a key performance indicator-based management tool as well as ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements

- For the exercise of the position, a primary residence in the Upper Engadin with personal presence is required.
