- Representation of all Chef de Parties (Saucier, Gardemanger, Entremetier, etc.)
- Take full responsibility for the respective work area (Mise en place, post management)

Main responsibilities
- Representation of all Chef de Parties (Saucier, Gardemanger, Entremetier, etc.)
- Take full responsibility for the respective work area (Mise en place, post management)
- Manufacture of Mise en Place according to map for all F&B outlets Ensuring a high service for guests
- Control and compliance with the HACCP, as well as ISO guidelines and cleanliness at work
- Ordering goods for the respective item and control of stocks
- Close cooperation with Sous Chef and Chef for a smooth service
Key requirements
- Admission by 23. November 2026
- Working ratio limited to approx. End of March 2027
- Complete professional teaching as a chef, as well as several years of professional experience in the same position in the 5* hotel industry A responsible, accurate, proactive and committed personality
- Good ways of dealing in German and/or English are prerequisites, any other language, such as Italian are advantageous
- Careful appearance as a model and physical loadability
