- Successfully completed training as an electrician or sanitation and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry in Switzerland Very high quality and sense of responsibility, as well as well as well-kept appearance Craftly talented all-rounder and physical resilience Self-employed personality with empathy, commitment, efficiency and multitasking capability Teamability, physical resilience and willingness to go the extra mile Friendly appearance, courtesy and discretion over our international guests Professional ways of dealing in German or English are prerequisites, any other language, such as Italian are advantageous Mansioni Implementation of all periodic and general control, maintenance and repair work (including staff accommodation) Responsible for repairs of all kinds Conducting general administrative work Various environmental work (foaming, gardening) and furniture transport Execution of all electrotechnical work (if necessary with the support of external specialists) Support of the chief technician in fire protection training and employee training Responsible for operational safety Acquisition of Pikett services Working according to ISO 9001:2015 guidelines Certification of the Tschuggen Collection AG and the general safety and safety regulations
