From 1\. January 2027 or by appointment we are looking for you as a group leader! You lead the group in job sharing together with another group leader.
Your tasks
- Professional and organizational management of your group
- Leadership and support of the team in everyday educational life
- Ensuring professional, loving and age-appropriate child care
- Planning and design of a varied group everyday life
- Conducting door and fishing discussions as well as location determinations with parents
- Responsibility for processes, deadlines and organisational tasks within the group
- Training of learners
- Cooperation with the other group leaders and management
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist / specialist supervision EFZ or a comparable recognised pedagogical training
- You bring at least three years of professional experience
- Joy of taking responsibility and leading a team
- Independent, reliable and organized working method
- Flexibility, resilience and the ability to keep track even in lively situations
- Your working days are ideally Monday to Wednesday, other combinations are possible by arrangement
- A lot of room for manoeuvre and personal responsibility
- Individual training opportunities
- Three fixed working days per week
- 5 weeks holiday
- Paid break
