Main responsibilities

- You plan and control the human resources taking into account utilization, capacities and budgetary requirements.
- You promote, assess and develop the employees and ensure that the necessary specialist and action skills are available in the team and can be expanded
- You ensure customer- and process-oriented service provision as well as cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- You drive forward the further development of processes and processes in the area of responsibility through analyses and optimizations
- You are responsible for the planning, management, implementation and documentation of projects as well as the cooperation in cross-divisional and strategic developments of the AEMP Requirements
- Completed medical device technologist training or equivalent qualification
- Further education Specialism II (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in the AEMP and experience in a senior or coordinating function
