- You are jointly responsible for the professional, organizational and administrative management of the care team, consisting of nurses, social educators, employees with correctional qualifications and health specialists
- You assume joint responsibility for the further development of forensics Station, bring your expertise, among other things. in the design of the milieu therapy, and represent the ward and the company both internally and externally
- You take responsibility for the future-oriented support and development of the department's employees with regard to the ward's mission and the company's goals
- You work on a ward with a group setting, treat and look after patients for measures, crime prevention and rehabilitative
- You ensure the well-being of our patients in a three-shift system
- You are jointly responsible for the training of learners as part of the training assignment Requirements:
- You have completed training as a Dipl.
- HF/FH nursing specialist and preferably have professional experience in psychiatry
- You are willing to complete the CAS Leadership
- Your attitude towards delinquent people is risk-conscious and appreciative
