- Conducting sales conversations – up-selling Organising and distributing treatments Various till duties (Micros System)
- Daily mise en place and various cleaning tasks Distributing treatments Setting up treatments
- Adherence to the hotel’s internal standards | Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Initial professional experience in upmarket catering
- Ability to cope with pressure, attention to detail and a very high standard of quality A structured and organised approach to work A keen interest in team-oriented work
