The Davos Klosters Mountains are five mountain and ski areas in the Grisons Alps. In addition to the mountain railways, Davos Klosters Bergbahnen AG operates more than 23 hotels and resorts, ranging from simple group accommodation to upscale four-star superior.

To support the team at Hotel Ochsen and Ochsen 2, we are looking for someone for the upcoming 2026/27 winter season as:

Front Office Employee 100%

The hotel

Rustic or modern: At Hotel Ochsen and Ochsen 2, you will find both. The innovative and modern rooms are just as appealing as the traditional rooms. The combined hotels with more than 115 rooms are very popular and are used by skiers, companies, hikers and bikers. At the three-star hotel, the extensive breakfast buffet ensures an ideal start to an active day. The valley station of the Jakobshorn cable car can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

Your tasks

• Checking guests in and out
• Looking after guests on site and providing information about the Davos Klosters Mountains offerings
• Handling reservations using the hotel software Protel
• Ensuring smooth operations and coordinating with housekeeping
• Guest correspondence via emails and telephone conversations
• Issuing ski passes for the Davos Klosters Mountains

Your profile

• Training: You have commercial or equivalent training or experience in the Front Office area
• Work style: You have a quick grasp, enjoy working independently, are reliable and resilient under stress. You also enjoy interacting with guests and have a friendly and competent demeanor
• Team player: You enjoy working in a team and are helpful
• Language: You have very good knowledge of German, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English
• An advantage: Knowledge of Protel or similar hotel systems and any additional language
