- You lead and coordinate your team on the construction site
- You organize and monitor the drilling work on site
- You operate drilling machines and ensure their professional and safe use
- You coordinate the use of personnel, machines, equipment and materials
- You monitor the workflows and ensure a professional execution
- You lead rapports and document the work carried out
- You control the machines and equipment used and coordinate necessary maintenance work
- You ensure compliance with our quality and safety requirements

- Completed training in the construction industry or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in drilling or special engineering
- Experience in the management and coordination of a construction site team
- Technical understanding and safe handling of drilling and construction equipment
- Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working method
- High sense of responsibility for occupational safety and quality
- Good knowledge of German
- Category B driving licence
