Tasks
- Comprehensive care and care of patients in hospitals, retirement and nursing homes or Spitex organizations
- Ensuring a high quality of care and compliance with applicable standards
- Documentation and communication of nursing measures in the interdisciplinary team
- Supporting the team in handling work peaks
- Cooperation with various healthcare professionals
Profile
- Completed training as a dipl. Nurse HF/FH or equivalent recognition (SRC)
- Professional experience in acute care, long-term care or Spitex desirable
- Flexibility, reliability, teamwork, resilience and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
