- Detailed final inspection of meals from the main and diet kitchen during the food distribution line
- Evaluation of the entire food and station demand orders and creation of the necessary production lists via computer
- Assistance in the development of new and the optimization of existing recipes incl. Nutrient calculation
- Assistance in the training of future diet cooks
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary projects e.g. with nutritional advice / speech therapy / care / room service Profile:
- Completed training as dietitian / diet chef FA or EFZ with several years of professional experience, beneficial in the hospitality industry and the community gastronomy Flexible, resilient and open to the new
- Team capable, working in a young open-minded team
