For our care department we are looking for an immediately or by agreement Stv. station line 80\-100% (m/f/d) with prospect of station line function
Do you want to take on responsibility in everyday care, support a team and develop into a leadership function? Then we look forward to meeting you.
Your main tasks
- You support the station management in the professional and organizational management of the nursing department and represent them in their absence.
- You coordinate the daily processes and use employees according to their competences.
- You take care of reference care, plan and control the care process and ensure careful care documentation as well as the BESA\ recording.
- You accompany new employees and learners, promote cooperation in the team and participate in case discussions.
- You are actively involved in the project to convert BESA to interRAI LTCF.
Your profile
- Dipl. Care specialist HF/FH with professional experience in care in Switzerland, preferably in long-term care
- Developing interest in leadership
- Enjoyment in accompanying and developing a team organizational skill, clear communication and an independent, responsible working method
- Safe handling of digital applications and very good knowledge of German in word and writing
