KOMPETENT UND HERZLICH The Flury Foundation provides with almost 600 employees in the hospital Schiers, the three retirement homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, the Spitex, living with service, the crèche, the parental counselling and the medical center Klosters a comprehensive and integrated health care in the Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters safely. The modern retirement home Jenaz in the beautiful Vorderprättigau offers around 70 residents a loving home. We are looking for a station management for our station "People with Dementia" as of 1 April 2027 or by arrangement dementia 80-100%

• Together with your colleague you lead our dementia unit with 20 beds professionally and personnel

• Together with the management you are actively involved in the further development of the station and ensure that a

high quality of care and care

• You can count on your deputy and will be supported in your leadership task

• When selecting new employees, you actively contribute your opinion and expertise

• You maintain an appreciative exchange with relatives, doctors and other specialists

• A good cooperation in the nursing cadre is a matter of course for you

• You stay close to the residents and also work in direct care

• You plan your office hours flexibly and independently

This is what you bring with you

• Training as a nurse HF/FH or health professional with management experience or an equivalent

Qualified training recognised by the SRC

• Ideally, professional experience in long-term care

• Enjoying leadership, teamwork and accompanying people with dementia

• High social skills, resilience and responsibility

• Organizational talent and stylish communication skills

• Good application knowledge in current IT systems
