- Holistic advice and support for new and existing customers in the private customer segment
- Active distribution of insurance solutions (basic and supplementary insurance) including targeted new customer acquisition
- Sustainable expansion of the customer portfolio through cross\ and upselling as well as customer loyalty
- Need-based preparation and presentation of individual offers
- Planning and implementation of sales measures for market development and customer acquisition
- Maintenance, expansion and long-term loyalty of the customer portfolio as well as proactive dismissal prevention
- Competent and service-oriented response to customer inquiries about policies, benefits and billing
- Flowing and addressable communication in German via all contact channels (telephone, email, personal contact, counter service)
- Representation in events, actions and marketing activities
- Independent management of general commercial, administrative activities as well as ensuring the operation of the agency

- Basic commercial education or equivalent qualification or higher vocational training completed
- Certification as an insurance intermediary (VBV) or the willingness to purchase it in a timely manner
- Experience in insurance or sales
- Pronounced pleasure in customer contact as well as a high service and service orientation
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Secure handling of MS Office as well as a structured and efficient working method
- Friendly, well-groomed appearance as well as good communication skills and negotiating skills
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
