Main responsibilities
- Optimal management of the buffet and self-service
- Customer service and advice at the service counter Presentation and disposition of goods Ordering and entry checks
- Ensuring hygiene regulations Food Safety and responsible for order and cleanliness in the work area Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in the retail trade, food industry advantageous
- Completed initial or further training: in the retail trade, food/meat industry; as a meat specialist or as a cook/chef
- Reliability, high operational readiness and local flexibility
- Independent, accurate working methods and friendly treatment of customers Readiness for continuous training
- Good technical knowledge and use in the meat/fish/cheese sectors is beneficial German (very good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
