- Reception and visual inspection of foodstuffs
- Preparation and creative preparation of hot and cold dishes and sweets
- Planning, coordination and organisation of workflows
- Compliance with hygiene, labour, environmental and food regulations

- Professional experience: in the à la carte and banqueting sector
- Completed initial or continuing education: as cook Communication and team skills Self-employed and precise working methods Organisational flair
- Readiness for assignments on weekends and at irregular working hours
